Barcelona chair: This chair was designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1929 exclusively for the German Pavilion (International Exposition of 1929 in Barcelona). The chair´s design was inspired by the campaign and folding chairs of ancient times. Currently, the frame is made in two different steel configurations, chrome and stainless. The chair is almost completely hand-laboured and Ludwig´s signature is stamped into each chair.
